ACTIVE MEMBERS:  ELIGIBILITY AND EXPECTATIONS

Eligibility:

• Active Membership is available to a nominated and approved physician dedicated to the purposes of the IAGS
• New and/or Reinstated Active members must:
  • be nominated for Active Membership by an Active Member of the IAGS
  • submit an Active Membership Application along with all required application documents
• The IAGS Board reviews membership applications twice per year (first and third quarters)
• You will be notified of the Board’s decision concerning your membership shortly after they complete their review

Expectations:

To maintain Active Membership status, all Active Members must adhere to the following:

• Timely remit payment of any assessed annual membership dues
• Attend at least every other IAGS Biennial Scientific Meeting (minimum attendance 1 meeting every 4 years)
• Active Members are responsible for payment of all member and guest Scientific Meeting registration fees
• Failure to meet any of the above expectations may result in termination of your membership
